Financial Advisor Alisa Schultz Earns CFP® Certification
Estes Wealth Strategies is thrilled to share the exciting news that financial advisor Alisa Schultz has attained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
The CFP® mark is recognized as the highest standard of excellence for financial planners. It is earned through the completion of a rigorous program of coursework covering the major personal financial planning areas:
Investment planning
Tax planning
Retirement savings and income planning
Risk management and insurance planning
Estate planning
CFP® candidates must then pass a six-hour exam that tests their ability to apply these concepts to real-life client scenarios. To give you a sense of the rigor involved, the CFP Board reported an exam pass rate of just 68% for the exam administered in March 2024. So, way to go, Alisa!
All CFP® professionals commit to abide by CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct. This includes committing to follow a fiduciary standard to act in the client’s best interest at all times.
